[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — hdfc imps account transfer to union bank

Address:400067

I was transferring some funds from my hdfc savings account to union bank savings account through imps ref no:[protected]
Amount was debited but i got an sms: "fund transfer declined due to technical issue at the benificiary bank end".
Transaction status is showing as: host (Cbs) offline/issuer node offline.
Its been a lot of time since this happened and i have not received any refund yet.
When i will be getting my refund and how???
