I have purchased a laptop lenovo ideapad core i7 7th gen using hdfc debit card emi and i get double emi of rs 5288.96. Its been 8 months cutting double emi amount of 5288.96. I have contacted the hdfc bank, but they dont help me anyway and they dont refund my money also. Double emi is still cutting. I'm really frustrated please help me regarding this. i have posted this complaint before at this same place and its now marked as solved as it still not solved, seems like injustice is everywhere, please solve my issue, its been more than 10 months emi cutting out, my life is getting trouble because of hdfc bank 1.
