[Resolved] HDFC Bank — HDFC Life is a big disappointment | |||
6 years ago I started correcting all my documents so they contain the right name, address and birth day. And since 6 years I try to get HDFC Life to update this data on the life insurance. First they said "No problem mdama, we'll do it, don't worry", but nothing happened. Then later they started to send me around in circles from one office to the next to email and back. Their customer service is crap, unhelpful and incompetent. They only do something when they want money. Was this information helpful? | |||
