[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc one assist mfee activated without my consent | |||
Dear sir, I'm using hdfc credit card end with 5531 and i found that without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card on 15th june 2019 towards one assist plan. Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1399. Pleases deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's info. If it happens again i will cancel my credit card. As i am requesting this membership cancellation with 30days of "force subscription" i should be able to get refund without hassle. Faced credit card harassment in 2011 from hdfc. Since then I don't use credit card from hdfc. Better go for citi or standards chartered or hsbc.indian banks this they can do whatever they want. Infian banks really charges customers to safe guard themselves. Shams shane shame hdfc

Past 5 years they charged money for this one assist company from my account. I Contacted one assist and HDFC about this matter for several times in this 5 year. But the two party, s not ready to cancel it and they foolishing me and speak about the benefits in all time. I[censored] can check it from my profile and my complaints.
