[Resolved] HDFC Bank — HDFC's ignorance caused me 45k | |||
I am a recent victim of the cybercrime. I did a transaction of 45k and Nigeria and lost all of it. For which I needed support from my HDFC personal banker Abhishek and branch manager Srikant from Bund Garden Road Branch, whom I engaged on the very same day, but both were too busy that they couldn’t help and I lost all my money. I been an HDFC customer from 10 years and I always keep getting this calls and emails that says I am a Privileged customer and to contact the Personal banker directly. By when the time came no one was there to help. The bank representatives weren't event bothered to reply to my emails. #ShameOnYouHDFC I have decided to close by account with HDFC.
