[Resolved] HDFC Bank — high rate of interest for home loan balance transfer | |||
Applied in oct 2019 for loan tranfer and top up in hdfc seawood br. At time of application advise rate of interest 8.30 for both product. Now dated 19.11.19, they have informed rate of interest 8.50 for loan transfer and 8.70 for top up. Also processing fee has been deducted on 1st week of nov. I have applied for HDFC Bank fastag on 14 Nov 19 with Ref number of application HFR375025.
I regret to inform that the payment has been made online by me and same also deducted from my bank account. But, no Fastag application in pdf has been sent on my email nor I have received any sms/msg on my mobile number provided.
