[Resolved] HDFC Bank — I am complaining about money that zomato has refunded | |
I have ordered food fromzomato but the order was cancelled and it has refunded my money but it is not credited in my account. It is already more than 15 days. Zomato informed that they have refunded to my bank and this is my reference number 75503728285023587008512. But the amount is still not credited to my account. I need my money back. Verified Support Nov 01, 2018 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Please write to us at [protected]@hdfcbank.com from your registered email id along with the original date and amount of deduction, a/c from which amount was deducted and a confirmation email from merchant regarding refund of the transaction.
