[Resolved] HDFC Bank — I am complaining about negative balance in my account. | |||||
As i am out of country. I recently checked my account through netbanking. Which says have negative balance (Rs. -21705.40). I then deposited an amount (Rs.10000) which got deducted from the main balance. Now it shows current balance as (Rs. -11705.40) and closing balance as rs.10310.52. What should i understand by this. Please help. As i am not able to call anyone for customer care being out of country. Was this information helpful? | |||||

On 03/7/2017 amount rs. 5000/- debited continuously 6 times total rs. 30000/- from my credit card account without otp on 03/07/2017 afternoon through Facebk Ads . Please refund the same to to my credit card.

I have make payment of vodafone postpaid bill through HDFC netbanking, but due to some error payment has been debited from account but still not credited payment in my account...
