[Resolved] HDFC Bank — i am complaining about the direct deduction from my hdfc account claiming to be credit card payment without any prior intimation to me | |||||
This is really sad and disappointing. I always trusted hdfc as a bank and that’s the reason i started using credit card of yours but u have failed miserably. You guys have deducted 16k rs from my account claiming it to be credit card payment and i have no clue about it. Is this not ur duty to atleast inform the customer about the same. I am regretting my decision of choosing hdfc over another bank. You got to resolve this or else i will seek judicial help to get it done. My email id is aditi.
