Ad hoc statement charge ₹118 have been deducted on 16/01/18 from my hdfc account without any information. But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through net banking. When i reach branch regarding the same issue, they cant provide proper solution as well as customer care told same answer. So i need clarification from bank or reverse my ₹118 to my account. My SBI account number is [protected] and account holder name is SUSHMITHA D SHETTY .On 10/01/2018 at 5:54 PM I went to HDFC ATM in Belthur kadugodi and has done a transaction. The transition was not successful but money was deducted. There was no written slip also. The amount is 6000 RS. Kindly respond to my complaint.
