[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Immediate action required for refund of failed transaction | |||||
I have made a payment of INR 4, 550 towards JosAlukkas on 27-11-16 through my Debit card. Due to transaction failure, it was not received by them and on inquiry I was informed that the same will be credited to my account within 2-3 working days. After many follow ups with the customer care through phone calls and mails for the past 10 days, I didn't get any proper response from the support team. I have attached the account statement for your reference. I request you to treat this on priority and do the needful at the earliest towards the reversal of payment.
