[Resolved] HDFC Bank — imps transaction timed out - 1st oct 2018 a/c num: [protected]

I had done a imps transfer of inr 20000 from my hdfc bank account to beneficiary bank of baroda account a/c num: [protected] on 1st oct 2018 but i received a message that transaction has been timed out.
Imps reference number is[protected].
Its been 4 days and i have called up 3-4 times to hdfc call centre number but no resolution has been taken.
Kindly resolve the issue and transfer the money either to my account or beneficiary account.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

The said transaction is a timed out transaction and same will be settled offline by the beneficiary bank. Please liaise with the beneficiary bank for a further status of funds. If the beneficiary still denied receipt of funds, please share the beneficiary bank a/c statement or email confirmation from the beneficiary bank regarding non receipt of funds. you can share this details on [protected]@hdfcbank.com.
