I did one transaction on the date 2nd April 2021.
As per customer care some issue in digital banking (IMPS) that's why the transaction has a timeout. The amount will be refunded in 24 hr. this will have happened with many customers on today's date.
I got a transaction timeout msg after 4 hr.
Near about 30 hr done but still amount not credited in my account.
The bank should be informed to the customer if this type of technical issue happened so the customer can find out another way/option for amount transfer.
Unwanted SMS got 2-3 in a day from bank side so they can send at 1 SMS that can help both customer and bank also. Was this information helpful? |
