[Resolved] HDFC Bank — imps transaction to third party bank not credited amount | |||
Imps transaction was done on hdfc bank application to icici bank on 18/02/2020 11:03 am able to see acknowledged of transaction as successfull followed by confirmation sms saying xxxxx amount has been debitted. Since then amount has not been credited to beneficiary account. Called customer care/phone banking officer they have infromed to wait for 2 to 3 works. I never had this situation and most critically the amount is urgent for medical requirement for my mother. Was this information helpful? | |||
