HDFC Bank — Imps transfer | |||
Hi, I had made an imps transfer on 2nd april from hdfc bank to south india bank imps reference number[protected] Although amount was deducted from my account and even i got an sms for debit of money from my account but beneficiary did Not get credited with the amount. The status remains the same as on 12th april 2016 also and neither my account is credited back nor beneficiary account is credited with the amount. Please help resolving. I had made an imps transfer on 14th Nov 2016 from hdfc bank to Indian bank imps reference number[protected]
Although amount was deducted from my account and even i got an sms for debit of money from my account but beneficiary did Not get credited with the amount. The status remains the same as on 16th Nov 2016 also and neither my account is credited back nor beneficiary account is credited with the amount. Please help resolving.
