[Resolved] HDFC Bank — imps transfer timed out | |||
Dear hdfc bank I have transfer 1.58l inr from my hdfc bank account via hdfc mobile app to sbi account. The money got deducted from hdfc bank after some time i got a message from hdfc that the transfer is timed out. The money neither credited back in hdfc account, not in sbi (Beneficiary) account. May 3, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Automatically resolved. Spoken to customer care and got advised to wait for 48 hr in such case. If after 48 hr issue persists call the customer care. my issue resolved within 48 hr automatically and money got transferred in the beneficiary account. HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 03, 2019 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We would like to inform you that, the referred UPI transaction has been successfully processed at the Bank's end. Sometimes due to a technical issue at beneficiary bank end, it may take 2-3 working days for the payment settlement in beneficiary party's account/reversal back to the remitter account. In case of non-receipt of reversal/beneficiary still denies of having received the funds at their end, within the stipulated time as mentioned above, do write back to us at [protected]@hdfcbank.com with the beneficiary's latest bank account statement (statement with bank logo & account number) to enable us to assist you better. -Nadia HDFC Bank Customer Assistance | |||
