HDFC Bank — Incompetent Relationship Manager - Lokamaleswaram branch | |||
Kindly change my relationship manager. My current RM is Shebin Hussain. He is neither knowledgeable nor helpful and does not solve my issue even after repeated requests and multiple visits to the branch. I had created a request for a current account opening for my business on 5th October 2020. It has now Feb 9, 2021, and still, my current account is not fully active. Moreover, he charged me 240 rs without giving me any bills or informing me that payment will be required. When I told him to claim those charges from my account, he said that it was not possible and wanted the payment in cash. He said that it was for the passport size photo and company seal making charges. But I was not informed that I would be charged for it. Nor was I given any bill for the same.
