[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Inordinate Delay in Current account Opening at HDFC Bank | |||
To Whomsoever it may Concern, Me and my Family has been a Classic customer Account Holder with HDFC Bank, Sasthamangalam Branch, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala for the past one year.As our family concern opted for a new Current Account for our newly registered Partnership Firm M/s Violet World, we approached the branch and we got an assurance that the account will be open within 7 days.And the following true copies of the following documents were handed over to the Branch along with the filled up application form on[protected]. 1) Partner ship deed 2)Registration Certificate of the Firm given by the Registrar of Firms Kerala 3) PAN card of the firm and the PAN card of the partners. 4)Cheque for 1, 00, 000/- 5)Identity proofs for the the partners.(Aadhar Cards) 6) Authorization Letter for Managing Partner to operate the account. After a week we got a call from the branch that the Manger wants to See the premises of the firm and he came on the evening of 23/07/2016 to examine and took report. After 5 days ie: on 28/07/2016 I called my Personal Banker and enquired about the opening of account and tat that time he promised that it will be up by 30/07/2016 .On that particular instant I asked him that if the account is not opened by 02/08/2016 then please inform me, as I will have to submit some very urgent invoice to my clients, But he once again assured me of opening the account by 02/08/2016 itself. Days passed, and on 2nd August 2016 I got a call from the Deputy Manager that I have to give an Annexure -A duly signed by the partners that they are not holding any accounts with any other branch and an additional address proof for the address of the firm.I On 09/08/2016 I submitted the Annexure -A and the true Certified copy of the Register of Firms Maintained U/s 59 of the Indian Partnership act 1932.. On 11/08/2016 I got a call from the branch that that the Stamp Paper date and date on the Registration Certificate is in contradictory . I described the Person ie the Deputy Branch Manager that the the Firm is Registered under the Provisions of Indian Partnership act 1932 and has been registered on 11/02/2016.After the Registration process was completed, we prepared the Partnership Deed which was made made on 6th June 2016 and in that deed itself it is categorically stated that the Firm is registered in Pursuance with the Indian partnership Act 1932 and the Reg No and date of Registration is also specified well.The deputy Manager told that he will look into the matter and resolve the same The next day I called my banker and he said that the account status is still in processing.As the deputy manager had took many hardships for the account opening process i feeled that he wiil be unable to help me in this situation I called the Branch Manager Mr .Abhilash, who answered my call very precariously and promised to call by the day itself and till now to avail he has called me. Very unfair and fraud bank - hdfc bank. I checked my account and found deduction of rs. 100 + service task and that is for deduction of program management fee. What type of fees is this... No intimation from bank for such deduction, no news highlight
Would like to close my account or waveoff this fee.
