[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Insufficient knowledge to the customer care executives on credit card | |||
I have tried calling to the hdfc customer care executive to get clarification on the message i had received saying if i purchase any samsung product i'll be getting rs.2, 000/- as a cask back & according to that i had made the transaction. Firstly 2 customer care executive took all the details & kept on hold which i was holding continues for 15-20mins & disconnected the call. Again made an attempt to call back rukhsar had answered the call & even she did the same. After that when i again called person with the name rizwan came online & kept the call on waiting n didn't turned up. Was this information helpful? | |||
