During air ticket booking 3 emi, s with 0% rate of interst were prompted by the system while booking air tickets on goibibo app, that is why i opted for 3emi, s on my above credit card. Now interst of rs648.04 charged on my 1st emi of rs16263.03 by hdfc bank. Pl refund me interst charged and make remaining 2emi, s at 0% interst. Hdfc credit card no.[protected] Pnr jmk14h and mmd12x. Verified Support Oct 28, 2019 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We would like to clarify that, the transaction of Rs.49, 319.54 has been converted into merchant EMI for 3 months at a 13 % rate of interest per annum and the EMI offer which has been provided by the merchant and not the Bank.
