HDFC Bank — iphone 6000 cash back in 120 days not received

I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 23/01/2020 in poorvika mobile store chennai. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in poorviaka store, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

Updated by remuthuc Still now i have not received any notification from HDFC credit card division. From the day one of purchase i have a problem on this purchase, first the EMI was not converted properly and i fought for that for one month and then now the cash back offer. Totally useless service. Please don't do any promotion like this to fool the customers.
