I am hdfc customer since 2015 but hdfc bank is unnecessarily charging more amount by showing different reasons from last years, i never seen this in any bank except HDFC bank as i am having multiple bank accounts. There is no response for calls and images and i am planning close all HDFC services permanently. HDFC bank customer assistance provided the link to submit the concern but the link is not accepting their reference id which tells transaction. HDFC bank is doing fraud, i will legally proceed to court by taking last 2 years statement of my bank account.
Even i don't have any account in hdfc securities app/dmat account but amount Rs.295 debited from my account without any reason, not only this HDFC bank is deducting amount unnecessarily by showing different reasons from last 2 years, i this is the end of an era.
