[Resolved] HDFC Bank — issue with credit card | |
Hi team, today (02nd dec 2018) about 02:25 pm i have called to hdfc credit card customer care help line [protected] and that call was received by bikram nayak. I have few queries to know about my emi balance and teneority, however he was denied to giving my such information rather than he routed me to check via obline banking. As i was already told him that i am that much of flexible with ney banking. Please audit that call recording and request you to have a look into the issue. I have booked a flight ticket through smart buy but my I order got failed and the same was confirmed by smart buy but refund didn't got credited. Last four digits of card no. 0364 date of transaction 30/aug/2018 for Rs.2555/-. Account is with Hdfc bank Chidambaram.

When I cancelled a ticket in book my show, message came as credited the refund amount but when i check amount was not credited in my account, please verify it and solve my issue.
