HDFC Bank — it's been 10 days did not received hdfc fastag

I applied hdfc fastag through online on 2nd decmeber by paying 500 rupees.
After that i got the message saying "fastag application hfr859634 was successful. You will receive a pdf on registered emailid in 7 working days."
But now its 12th december 2019 i didnt receive yet. I tried calling customer care no [protected] for the past 4 days but its coming as busy always.
I dont have any contact person/number to contact with.
Kindly help with this. Fastag last date is nearly. Take this as urgent and do the needful.

As you have received the message of wallet creation, you will receive the TAG in 15 working days of the wallet creation.

Updated by Pavithra elan Still i didnt get the fastag . what the worst service in hdfc fastag side. Really i feel irritated. worst worst response from cusstomer card of fastag. Better i would have got in fastag walkin.
