As mentioned in the subject, I've been charged INR 59.16 as per the "dc intl pos txn markup+st" charges. Why is there suddenly a charge on this? And why haven't I been prompted or informed while making the purchase that I'll be bearing this charge as well? I've been charged 2 to 3 times. If this were to be some foreign markup transaction, it should have been continued. Anyways, I want to know why wasn't I informed before my purchase and why suddenly I'm getting charged.
