[Resolved] HDFC Bank — koovs shoes | |||||
I was ordering shoes (Koovs.com) from hdfc netbanking the amount got debited but transaction failed and order also did not get placed. The amount was 899. I got no notification of refund from hdfc or order being placed to koovs.com. When do i expect a refund in my account? Would appreciate if someone can address my problem immediately.
