HDFC Bank Life Click2protect — Regarding online policy | |||||
I have applied for HDFC Life Click 2 Protect Plus online on 22-Aug-2015. They promised that with in 25 days the policy will be in force. But till date the policy is still in proposal state and there is no contact person for resolving any issues. I made the payment on 22-Aug-2015 and I completed my medicals on 19-Sep-2015. On 13-Oct-2015 I got a mail stating that the medicals were uploaded in the system. It took a total of 24 days to get the response. Whenever I call customer care people they have the standard answer of 3-4 working days, and if we call after 4 days some other customer care executive will pick up and again repeat the same sentence 3-4 days. Finally on 24-Oct-2015 they sent mail that medicals are received and 1 more medical test to undergo. I went and completed that test also and now its been 10 days that I have completed the test. They are again repeating the standard answers 3-4 days. When I ask them 3-4 days is already done then why are you again saying as 3-4 days? They don't have answer for this. It seems they are payed for giving only standard answers as 3-4 days, medicals not yet received. No one from HDFC Life will be available to call you back or report the issue.
