HDFC Bank Life Insurance — cancellation of policies

Dear sir An agent named Ashwani mehra has sold me 2polices of hdfc classic .He told me that there is an amount of 94000 benifit for your policy has come and to Claim that you have to give documents and two Cheques .Later I find that it was a cheat with me. so I request you that my policies to be cancelled and my amount to be Deposited in my account. MY polices details are as under ; Name .Seema Saini DOB.12/03/1977 policy No.17247182 & 17246564 and forms No.S[protected]& S[protected]. Hdfc classic assure plus. Cheques attached were-370336 &370337 of Rs.25000each from Axis bank. So plese Cancel the above policies and refund my amount.thanks. Seema saini [protected].
