[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Low severity memo in my account

I couldn't understand why HDFC BANK has put low severity memo in my account. I can't do any transaction. I called customer care they told me to visit nearest branch and do KYC. I did the same one week before but my account is still showing low severity memo and not allowing me to do any transaction on my own account. I don't want to continue with HDFC. In this digital era visiting their branches again and again is making oneself fool that too without any reason. This is to harass customer and keeping their money for long.
