I had deposited three cheques in the months of March and May 2021 and the details of the cheques are as follows:
Party Name: Ganesh Foundry Pvt Ltd
Cheque No: 101252 Amount: Rs 384, 267 Bounced On: 16/03/2021
Cheque No: 101253 Amount: Rs 384, 267 Bounced On: 28/05/2021
Cheque No: 101254 Amount: Rs 384, 268 Bounced On: 28/05/2021
These cheques had bounced due to Funds Insufficient. Now, I want to lodge Section 138 against this company as the cheques have bounced. But till date I have not received the cheques. When I contact the home branch, they told me to contact the branch in which it is deposited. And when contacted the depositing branch, they are telling me that they have already couriered the same. I am facing heavy monetary losses due to the same as it has been 3 months already and there is no update about the cheques. If the same continues, I will have to take action against the bank and recover the losses faced by me due to the same.

For the same i requested for escalation, but she saying i have already escalated . Dont know 3 times i have raised the request 3 times it got closed with out any proper update.
And one more thing these Bank people asking for pan card and Adhar card ...Strange why i have to provide Adhar and Pan card for cancellation of restructuring which is not initiated by me .
