Dear Sir,

I have both current and savings account at Nuapada HDFC bank, Cuttack since a long time. However, due to COVID-19 pandemic situation my business didn't run well for which I have to close my business with huge loss. Due to closing of my business I couldn't able to run my current account bearing account no-[protected]. Due to huge loss in business I also couldn't able to keep minimum balance in this account. In this regard, I have visited several times to the branch office and asked for account closing form. However, in return I got only non-cooperation from staffs as well as officials. Everytime they gave me some excuses related to COVID and all instead of guiding me how to close the account.

Recently, my daughter transfer Rs.40, 000/- to this account for my health issue. Out of which the bank has withheld an amount of Rs. 6667/- which is very much disappointing from a prestigious organization like HDFC. It is regretted to mention that during this pandemic situation and I am being a senior citizen with severe health issue, felt harrassed by your organization.

In this regard I request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible and also do the needful so that I can get my money bank.

    Did imps transaction of amount 10000, from my hdfc savings account to other bank account via netbanking.

    I received transaction timed-out message on my register mobile, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not delivered to other end.

          The complaint that I'm writing is just after the call that I had with your customer service. Firstly, I had to wait for a lot of time to have it connected and when it did the executive introduced himself and everything, after I've told him what my concern is he put me through IVR to selcet my preferred language(but language selection was done in the beginning of the phone call itself)wherein I had to wait for another 3 minutes or so. Secondly, another executive picks up and this time I had been careful in selecting the department that I had querying for but then again he put me through IVR again to select the department.. the customers are fool sitting here to select any random options on the call.. do you people realise that the calls are chargeable? This is one such terrible experience that I've had. Worst customer service👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 good for nothing

                  Kyc details not updated

                  I am a salary account holder in HDFC bank and my account is blocked since last 10 days
                  after multiple visits to my nearest branch as well as hdfc branch located near my work location ( greater Noida Alpha 1 commercial belt ) somehow i managed to get the information that my KYC is not done properly

                  now the issue is that i have submitted all my kyc documents but still my account is in blocked state.

                  I have problem with paying the loan amount due to some personal issue, so i requested backup to know possible ways to decrease the amount pay . So they suggested Loan restructure in the backup . So I called customer care and inquired about loan restructure .

                  But I haven't received any email or call from any one and loan got restructured . then I called HDFC bank to know why it got happened . They saying we dont know why it got restructured and if you want to cancel you have to submit the pan card, Adhar card . and form needs to be filled .

                  Strange why should i submit all this things for your mistake . As of now i have raised 3 Service requests, still no proper response .

                  I Have contacted Jayasri, but she is not allowing to listen my words ...she asking to submit the form with my signature with pan and adhar copies ..

                  Now here my problem is I am in rural area not possible to reach bank to submit, another way is to email but do not have printer and scanner in my location .. Lastly I can struggle taking one day leave and do all this process but my one day leave cost 5000 rps ... So, now tell me what to do

                  Here I have not requested for restructuring, it is restricted by backend team with out my approval ... Now jayasri saying I have to come to bank for the mistake done by bank team ... So please help cancellation of my restructuring ..

                  Mistake done by bank people that restructuring done with out my approval, now why should I take risk to roam around bank by taking leave from my office for bank team mistake ...
                  Today Also i called Jayasri yadav Garu to get the update, she simply saying its not my fault you have to come to Bank and submit ... I again said i have not requested for restructuring why i have to accept and submit for cancellation .

                  For the same i requested for escalation, but she saying i have already escalated . Dont know 3 times i have raised the request 3 times it got closed with out any proper update.

                  And one more thing these Bank people asking for pan card and Adhar card ...Strange why i have to provide Adhar and Pan card for cancellation of restructuring which is not initiated by me .

                    The people from HDFC bank are calling me daily and annoying for taking their credit card and increase limits, loans. To avoid their calls only I took credit card, they are making calls daily more than 10 times per day to increase limit and loans. Even though i tell them each time that i do not r have any requirement, each different person calls every time for the same from different numbers I blocked few still I’m getting lot of calls. Also i asked them to not call again and again since i already have given my opinion that i do not want to increase credit card limit and other loans and asked them to remove my name from their database, they just say ok and assure me that i wont get any calls ahead..still no use..Now its seriously like dog's tail..I am getting calls daily. Its really frustating and irritating as these people even call me during my office working hours and disturbing. It’s like a harassing, these people should be punished for this so that they won’t irritate people by calling many times for their business.

                      Hi HDFC Team,

                      It's frustrating to have been treated like this way. My account has been blocked from transactions and several attempts, I am losing my patience that I cannot handle it anymore.

                      I have tried to email more than 10 times and called customer care and also sent my family members to the HDFC Bank nearby home … But still, it's not useful.

                      Please proceed with my account closure and send my funds to the account, which I will mention in my account closure form.

                      It's very sad to see the services of the reputed HDFC Bank are at low, and I don't want to be targeted for this anymore.

                      It's very substandard that after being a valued customer for more than 3 years with you, I had to face these issues.

                              Not accepting IFSC code while adding a beneficiary

                              I am trying to add a beneficiary using HDFC net banking on my laptop, and I am putting the correct IFSC code but it is showing me no record found.

                              I tried searching it by putting just the bank name and branch then also showing "No Record Found."

                              I am trying to put IFSC Code - HDFC0000573 - HDFC BANK - GHAZIABAD -GANDHINAGAR Branch.

                                I need to change the address on my credit card. I have submitted the same to my nearest HDFC bank i have also attached Adhar card and Driving license but the bank rejected it due to signature missing and Adhar card download date older that 180 days.
                                Note:- I agree that my signature may vary has it is 10 years old but for adhar card replacement i have attached driving license also, why you are not considering that.
                                My relationship manager assured me that she will do this from the backend but since that she is not picking the phone and not even replying to my mails since 1 month
