Dear team, I was submitted the eps withdrawal physical form in my previous organization (Trust) of hdfc bank ltd in, but they have not accepted the physical form because regional provident fund commissioner office - bandra (Rpfc - bandra) has stopped accepting 10c eps withdrawal manual / physical forms and insisting to put the online request for eps withdrawal. But two accounts are linked in my single uan number so it is not possible to apply through online. So please provide your confirmation for accepting the physical eps withdrawal form in rpfc-bandra office on urgent basis. The bank does not have any support, no person is attending the call it shows declined and no body is trying to explain me what had happenend. And yet i did not recieve my credit card, charges are premium everything is premium except the service.
