To, The reserve bank of india, Mumbai; Subject: mental harassment complaint against hdfc bank ltd. Dear sir/madam, The case regarding mental harassment complaint against hdfc bank ltd. I have only one credit from hdfc bank where unable to give my payment due to emergency reason i went to my native place... And also i am suffering from health issues. Currently i am not earning any money. I had not made payment for the credit card but when they (Hdfc bank) contacted me i have conveyed them the msg that once i will arrange the money i'll completely pay all ur dues. Otherwise you can do the settlement with emi basis. After conveying also... They have used foul languages and used to harrase us like anything. I have high blood pressure problem and i have collapsed twice due to this people. They mentally tortured us, used foul languages and threatened us also... Because of this condition my whole family is in shock state and we also got humiliated in our society because of this. I just want to ask, this is procesure to behave with your customer...
