I recently insisted to convert my saving account into a salary account and it has minus balance of 3000.
I stopped working and i was unable to maintain the balance because i was ill and hospitalised.
I visited branch and they were of no help and just ignored me. 3000 holds a lot of value and they said that this amount will be deducted once my salary is credited.
I'm working hard to earn my living and you don't have any rights to do so. I have my medical expenses which i need to do if i want to survive.
I've also emailed chairperson, countryhead and others and i'm waiting for a response. I was happy with hdfc but with such service i will close the account as soon as i get a chance and make sure my closest ones does the same. Was this information helpful? |
