hdfc fastag customer care

I am unable to recharge my fastag account. Everytime it says the "Amount exceeded the top up amount". I tried from 50 Rs toll 5000; it is the same result.
Almost for the past 3 hours i am trying the customer care number and it keeps telling that is busy. One of the worst ever service i experienced. They are cheating people....

fas tag web application and issues on recharges

Hi,

I’m an existing customer of Fastag provided via HDFC bank. I used to travel every weekends.

My Fas tag balance is low and hence I have tried to recharge from the past few days but it doesn’t allow me to recharge.

Because of this I have to take Non fastag lanes on Tolls which disappoints the usage of this Tag.

Tried calling Customer care, and it is busy often. Hard to believe...

transferring funds through imps - amount deducted and credited to beneficiary.

Hi,

I have transferred 30, 000 through imps from hdfc (April 2nd 2018) and the amount gets deducted from my account and not credited to the beneficiary.
The status of imps is showing as "processor down" and have reached out to phone banking team and my relationship manager twice and they said amount will be reverted to my account within 3 working days and not yet got any updates even in 5th working day.

I have transferred 20000 from hdfc to allahabad bank. But the transaction status is processor down and the amount is not credited to beneficiary. However amount is debited from my account.
Please reverse back the transaction or get it transfered to the beneficiary as it amount has to be transferred very urgently.

unethical behaviour

This is to inform that when i called to get the status of my credit card bill payment and to seek some help the customer care executive's misbehaviour and harsh verbiage towards me and disconnection of the call before the actual call completion. Please provide the proper behavioural training to the executives or else it would lead to losing the valuable customer base.

One assist membership fee has been debited on your card ending 6855. Membership will be processed and welcome kit dispatched shortly.

Pls deactivate this membership and refund my money back.
