Hello sir, Am using salary savings account for the last 5 years my account number [protected], IFSC code HDFC0000574. My account debited on 16/04/2018 of Rs.413. I want to know the reason why it has been debited and for what reason. I want to credit back to my account am using the salary account

      When i went to pay my statement outstanding, the hdfc, by choosing credit card payment..
      Hdfc bank menu showed wrongly the outstanding as 1577/-

      This is a discrepancy because of which 157747/- was debited instead of correct amount as 1247.54

      I do not expect such a poor quality from reputed hdfc bank credit card...
      This is shameful. Because

      but my bill is showing 1577.47 wrongly
      ti iss discrepancy in hdfc credit card statement,

        Bank has cut my rs. 1062 from my account. You have to give prior knowledge before deducting from my account. And how could you deduct 2 months fees in 1 month...???

        If you cut that bakwass amb charges in feb month then that time only i have been close my account... At least my next 531 rupee will not get wasted on your bank.

        Return my money then only i will maintain 10000 bal otherwise tell the procedure to close the account.

          Bad Experience: I had the same experience as mentioned above in Paresh M Gaonkar Savant's post.

          I had force close the personal loan and they said you will get the closure letter (NOC) documents in mail or mailing address but it's now one month has been completed but there is no any documents received tried many times calling to customer care but they also responding wired.

          I would also suggest as per my experience that don't go with HDFC personal loan:
          - There is no any option for part payment
          - They have no good process to close the loan
          - you have to go bank and it takes around 3 hrs min.

          Other bank are good as compare to HDFC.

              Hi,

              My Name is Vamsee Krishna Salva. HDFC employee (Name :Daniel ) Called me for requesting me to take the HDFC LIFE SUPER INCOME PLAN with a wrong promises.
              1.No Application Fee.
              2.Even i do have money to pay Plan yearly amount(52500 Rs), He insists me to do EMI though HDFC credit card and said that he will pay the interest amount.

              He made me to take this plan by did these above wrong promises.whenever i asked about these promises, he said he need manager approval.but it now no action done.

              Please do help me on this. Since i paid around 57000 Rs but the actual plan Amount is 52500 Rs.

                I am using HDFC Credit card for so long, and have been making payments on or before time. For the past couple of months i am not able to make payment on time, but still managing to put some amount. Now i have a question from you people how come you people can even dare to come to my place, and threaten my family members for that. When you have to sell your cards then you use sugar coated words, and in case customer's payment get delay due to some reason then you show your true colors.

                More than 100 times your collection department people called at my place and threaten my mother, five times your executive from collection department came at my place without any prior notice. What do you people think we people take your cards, and due to some reason if payment is not made, you will threaten this way, then i can lodge a police complaint under section 506 for such behavior of your recovery agents. I won't even mind to lodge the same complaint to Commissioner of Police, or lodge a case in Delhi High Court. I have all your recorded conversations, all harassment done till date. The mental torture which you people have done on my mother till now, i have doctor's certificate as well for that.

                If next time you people will come to my place or threaten me or my family then you will face collateral damages.
                I am making payment slowly, and you better don;t even dare to repeat this ### again. Next time my lawyer will approach you for the same.

                    My name is shubhra. I joined a company in the year 2015 and that company opened my salary account in hdfc bank but didn't gave any basic terms and conditions of salary account. I left that job after 1.5 year due to some medical reason. As i am not working and can’t maintain a balance in my account. Some deductions is being charged from my account. And now it is showing negative balance of more than 2872. I am totally shocked and worrying about the same
                    Can you please suggest me any way that what should i do. Can it be waived or i will have to pay all these amount..

                      I applied for personal loan for 110000 on 27/3/2018 and on 29/3/2018 i got approval message from hdfc as the loan got approved, and given loan account number also, it is 56170407, but after this message i didnt get any messages or any calls from the bank and i didnt get money also, its almost 18 days over, it is urgent for me, thats why i tried, if it is not possible please let me know, i can tey other way, i dont knw to whom i should ask because i applied via online, i called loan customer care also, they also didnt given any proper anwer

                        I have made the payment for jumbo loan processing fee 590inr on 26 mar 2018, as per guidance from customer care people who offered me a loan.

                        As per there instruction i made the payment for my credit card number and now i got a call from back end people and said i need to pay the late fee charges and now they are giving the loan number.

                        I need to wavieoff the late fee or re-transfer the payment to these loan number, which i have already made the payment

                          I am a client of your bank for the last 3 years and hold a saving and current account in your kikkar bazaar branch. Mr. Rakesh ahuja branch manager and mr. Govind told us to tie up with hdfc bank. And mr. Parveen singhal and mr. Pawan sanctioned our loan `2.65 lakh with cc limit and term loan. They gave us 95 lakh and 10 lakh from other funds. Every three months we have to renew the funds. We have pay every interest regularly. But when bank’s new staff comes mr. Rakesh extended our cc limit and term loan and our loan are 3.35 cr three crore thirty five lakh. Everything goes on regularly. But without notice bank close our account and deduct our fund without any notice. It has created lot of disturbance in our business.
                          I inquired with your branch and they assured that my request has been reinitiated. There has been no action taken till date. We have discuss on phone with your head officer mr. Arun and mr. Ashok garg.

                              I smt. Savitha b deshpande had purchased honda activa bearing no. Ka 04 eh 2969 availing loan from centurian bank ltd, no.102, raheja plaza, d souza circle, bangalore on 12.05.2004.
                              Now the loan is fully repaid and i have not recieved noc for cancellation of hypothication. Kindly issue me noc and connected bank loan repayment statement.                                 My account number is [protected]. And i didnt recieve any intimation regarding my ach deductions. But has been deducted. I checked my statement and came to know about it right now. I just want to know which charges has bank imposed on me. Because of this deductions my balance is in minus. Please give me the clarification about the same and revert my amount as soon as possible.

                                We have checked our records and confirm that the charge levied to your account on April 16, 2018, pertains to ACH debit return done on May 08, 2018 for Rs. 4816.00. In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear funds' balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for the purpose of ACH(s) received in the clearing. We note that in your said account, the clear fund's balance at the time of presentation of the said ACH(s), was not sufficient to cover the ACH(s) received in the clearing.                                     Want to surrender policy but branch employee refuses to accept request and told me to call toll free number who asked me to contact online staff. I chat with live support and they told me to contact the branch.

                                    This is public harassment. I submitted a request on twitter but they came back empty with no real solution. Told me to visit branch!!

                                    On 19/3/18, i have submitted my all required document at Kharagpur office for cancel my policy (policy no[protected] & policy no-150100/11175/AH[protected] for some my personal reason.

                                    Today is 12th April, but till now your company don't reimburse my amount.
                                    Please look in this matter.

                                      My name is akhilesh chandra pandey i have two accounts in hdfc bank ashiyan branch lucknow, they are duduting money from my account without any information again and again i want to tell all of you that this bank is totally unproffetional. I want to quit from this bank for life time. This time they deducted 590 rupeese without any information for issuing debit card. If you complaint for anything i promise they will not solve it.

                                        Dear Team,

                                        Hi I have had a a very appalling conversation with a woman named Rhea Sarkar from HDFC Kolkata I was in an emergency meeting whereby, I was asked when I can clear my personal EMI overdue worth RS.2459 I answered on the 1st week of May she was absolutely shocking extremely rude and kept harassing me I have been a loyal HDFC bank Customer I was very disappointed I immediately asked I have a complaint regarding my HDFC credit card whereby RS.4000 charge was a dispute I have already complained regarding this to your kind selves she just hurriedly ignored that started to interrupt and was very insulting I was out on medical errands I could not pay this month as my HDFC credit card dint work I have been paying up my instalments regularly however, I have some agent from HDFC who doesn't understand nor pays attention to what a customer is saying is showing a very appalling attitude is this how a customer should be treated I am very displeased with this I would really like someone to take action against this I have had extremely bad experiences with HDFC I will close my account as soon as my instalments are clear would be really grateful if someone could sort out my Complaint,
