Allof a sudden i rec'd a message from fastag (Hdfc) saying i was debited for rs 175 for adjustment entry. I have no clue what this charge is about, i did not use fastag on the day i rec'd this message. Hdfc online support is so bad i can neither raise any ticket for this nor i can call their support phone number. I can be reached at [protected]@live.com, [protected]

    Hi

    I am a classic customer of hdfc bank with a/c number [protected] and today it is really disturbing to share the behaviour of hdfc bank sector 35 c chandigarh. I had deposited my water bills in cash (Municipal corporation zirakpur) in this branch. Now the concerned authorities have an outsanding amount towards me and update me that cash deposited in hdfc bank 35 is not credited with them. Despite my repeated visits to 35 branch no one is giving me solution of my deposited money duly stamped by bank. Today i met mr gagan sharda he, refered to me to mr kushal. Mr kushal clearly denied that we can not provide with any details pertaining to this. Behaviour they use while talking is quite pathetic, please help me in this other wise i need to take this matter to banking ombudsman.

      I visited hdfc crossings republik ghaziabad branch today i. E. 23rd april 2018 to deposit some cash. After looking at cash staff at cash counter named parul said " kaha se aye ho"? She was treating me like a thief who has stolen cash from her home. Very rude and unprofessional behavior. She later told me that if there will be any discrepancy in notes it will be recovered from you, i asked her to check in front of me she completely denied that and said i can't do it right now, so how would i believe that these are the same notes which i deposited. I am sending the same to higher management of hdfc bank and i will close all my relationships with hdfc bank considering they hire such # who don't know what customer service is.

        As per the available offer in my hdfc diners rewardz card i have upgraded my card to club miles from rewardz.
        During this process i have notices that my 13412 points were lost.
        I have made a complaint regarding this but it was ensured that it will be recovered during the next statement.
        My statement has been generated on 10.04.18. But still the same issue exist.

          Hi team,
          i have been seeing each of my trading, both for buying and selling brokerage changes are very high. Please verify my (Trading id - 1731736,) transaction and see the total brokerage deducted . I saw just for 10500 rs sell amount took around 600 as brokerage fee like i did almost rs 67000 selling and 70000 buying. I did it individually and come to know the brokerage fees is very high.
          Also i found that bank is taking depository charges for each time the amount credited to my saving account without any intimation, that also very high. I have faced it too may times even for rs 3000 credit, bank is taking 600 or 700
          As depository charges.

          I have already raised the complaint . Again I have purchased 100 shares of Tata Motors on last week with Rs 257/Share. But from the bank it deducted 25931, almost 231 rupees extra that is more than 0.50 % of the total purchase value, It comes almost 1%.
          I have sent couple of emails and no response from bank side.

                  Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 2429 for rs. 1229.00 has been credited/reversed by flipkart16326 on[protected]:07:22:32

                  I got this message from hdfc but the payment didn't get reflected in my account, i also checked for the statement but there's no entry for this refund. This was due to a failed transaction on flipkart for which order didn't get placed but payment got deducted from my account. Flipkart initiated the refund and i even got this message from hdfc.

                      Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no : [protected]df. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number [protected]df status disapproved who called us for credit card and we never gone to hdfc for the same. Executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively at my house your agent came and take picture of my all documents. I called customer care and they are not giving any reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Hdfc bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got personal loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against hdfc. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got disapproved. Hoping positive response.

                        I have apply online for credit card. They mentioned you are eligible for credit card. After 2 days i have got a call from hdfc and submitted all related documents for the same. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. Now when i track credit card by hdfc website, it shows disapproved. I dont get it. I want to know reason for disapprove.

                          minus balance

                          I recently insisted to convert my saving account into a salary account and it has minus balance of 3000.
                          I stopped working and i was unable to maintain the balance because i was ill and hospitalised.
                          I visited branch and they were of no help and just ignored me. 3000 holds a lot of value and they said that this amount will be deducted once my salary is credited.
                          I'm working hard to earn my living and you don't have...

                          This is to inform that i feel being tortured by hdfc life. I made a payment towards my policy no. 15281371 in june 2017 and i received a payment receipt intimation from them too. After 2 weeks the payment was returned back to my account which i did not see and as the policy showed "in force" status online so it was ok. After 6 months i get a policy lapsed notice from them stating that i did not make a payment towards the policy. I have simple question why did hdfc life did not lapse the policy immediately after a month of non-payment. Why did i get an email in 1st week of april 2018 that my policy was lapsed. It looks clearly from your hdfc end that they wanted to loot the money from customer and waited for that much time. Also in case if i would have expired during this long tenure of 6 months and if my family would have tried to claim the money, they would have rejected the payment. This is the quality of hdfclife.
                          I also agreed to make the payment but they say that they want full payment with penalty charges which i disagree to pay. Actually their whole aim is to extract extra bucks out from customers.
                          I would request in this forum to all not to buy their products and also i will take this matter with the consumer court.

I understand that in case if I die due to any reason, HDFC life is liable to pay my family the due amount of INR 50 lakhs.

                            I am a card holder of your bank with card number [protected], master card with a credit limit of 45000, i was in proprere usage and payment till 2016 but after due some financial crisis i was unable to pay the, but recently on 2018 march, my aunt got calls from number [protected], and asked about my whereabouts, which she forwarded it to me and i was in contact with the concerned named sanjay who was a gentle young man and asked me to settle up the card which i agreed but as i was jobless i couldnt but this gentleman helped me by transferring my queries to an another person namely saji from cochin heading collection to whom iam speaking with and finding up solutions,
                            But problem started messing up as hour on hour my aunt is getting calls from numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]
                            Which are abusing her, body slamming her and [censored] shaming her with all these assults my uncle got provoked and replied with same abusive sense as they were handling, but my aunt is very much depressed by hearing all these kind of hell not only my aunt no women will undergo such disrepectfull behaviour, which made us tracing up things as my aunt is a public prosecutorwe enquired with bank officials and sumed up that its a collection agency working on behalf of hdfc bank, its really pathetic that banks are undergoing and motivating rape culture in india with such goons, if not kindly do the needfull in taking actions against them,
                            I have been cordinating with the concerned officials and they are helping me out and making it clear for me how can i do payments regularly, but this has crossed the limits

                              I had paid 1600 rs imps transfer, amount got debited from my account but not yet credited to beneficiary.

                              What should be done in this case ??

                              Attached screenshot for your reference, please resolve this at the earliest as this is not the first time im having problem with hdfc imps

                                Dear hdfc

                                Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no : [protected]n1. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification.

                                Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows.

                                Disapproval of the credit card application does not reflect in anyway on your credit standing or your financial stability

                                We told to hdfc financial who called us for credit card and we never gone to hdfc for the same. Divya, executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively.

                                I called customer care and they are not giving any reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Hdfc bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman.

                                We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got home loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against hdfc. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past.

                                Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court.

                                  A credit card courier was send by hdfc bank through blue dart courier services from chennai. It was expected to reach by 21/04/18 to pgi. The courier was not delivered and on inquiry i was told that since i had not met the courier which is totally basedsss as i was in the working place at the courier address but till 23rd april 2018. It has not reached. It was very urgent and the the courier man committed it to be reached within 24 hours but still not delivered. So i want some action to be taken against the company for not delivering the courier and being negligent in the commitment.

                                      I, SUDHA TURAGA HDFC BANK A/C No[protected] (opened on 28/3/2013) received a notice on 12/4/2018 regarding a credit card a/c NO 5523XXXXXXXX3062 (which I am not in receipt of/ nor was issued to me)and an outstanding due amount of Rs1486.71.
                                      NON ISSUED/ NON DELIVERED CARD a/c NO 5523XXXXXXXX3062 has been shown an outstanding due and a NOTICE stating “HOLD ON FUNDS” to the Bank is quite defaming to my reputation and a person holding highly responsible position in the society.
                                      There is no response from the officer Mr. Paul Ajay whose land line no was given in the Notice.
                                      Under such circumstances, I will be compelled to take a consumer redressal and also file a defame suit against the Bank for such irresponsible notice.
                                      I would like to get an immediate reply withdrawing and apologising for such irresponsible defamatory behaviour of HDFC Bank officials and take action on those who issued such NOTICE to me.
