[Resolved] HDFC Bank — mis-sold hdfc regalia first credit card | |
I want highlight the mis-selling of the regalia first credit card which was issued to me in the month of march. I was informed by the sales person that i will be getting bogo on bookmyshow movie ticket booking which is not applicable in this card and another major mis-selling point was that there are no annual charges applicable on this card. I requested to surrender the card before as well not the request went unattended. And now i have been issued a statement with rs.1000/- annual charges. When i wrote an email to their customer care they replied me with the formula to calculate the annual charges rs. 1000.00 (+18% gst). This is an unfair ask on bank's behalf which is not at all justified. Was this information helpful? | |
