[Resolved] HDFC Bank — misbehaving language | |||
Dear sir mam I am your customer i have taken a loan from hdfc bank. Today i rececived a call from your bank mrs prachi called me and misbehaving with me regarding the payment. Than mr rohit saxena called again and using abusing language to me and giving threatening to me. As i am too much stress and disturbed by your employee how hdfc can keep such kind o[censored]nmannered employee. Plz take a very strict action on both of them. I m going to longe a police complaint and will go to high court too. So other customers should not suffer plz don't take my complaint lightly tell your both employee to feel apologise.
