Ref no:policy no.[protected] kusum lata sharma Dear sir / madam, I told the hdfc employee that i need pension plan according to my age and and we don't have child they suggested youngster udaan and they told this policy will meet your requirements if your premiums are rs.75000 per policy for ten year terms you will get on maturity definitely minimum rs.16.5 lac per policy (Rs.16 lac per policy pakka har haal mai milega hi milega chahai kuchh bhi ho jai) and after that your policy convert into pension plan. Now we came to know from customer care that this policy is not for pension plan how they sold you this policy they misguided you and you can make a complaint. And hdfc life employee told, you have to pay only premium rs.75000 they did not tell us about the surcharge. Policy no. 17700793 kusum lata sharma premium due date is 23.06.2017. I paid two years premium and this year grace period is going on. It is requested that my problem should be solved at your end and our money should be returned back because this policy does not meet our requirement. Hdfc employee from gurgaon branch misguided. Guys don't trust on this bank "with any information this guys change the salary a/c to saving and when asked say it's changed to savings and ur balance is negative u gone a pay 9000 rs for same" is this a joke r what 9000 is it a playing 4 digit number which I can play around and when sent a mail for them no reply called on, toll free no no reply and at last again some msg stating again ur a/c is charged for non maintaince of balance who told u guys to change the salary a/c to savings let me check i[censored] guys can give at least a 2000 to some lucky customer around as good customer but playing around saying ur charges r this much, that much ####### no proper customer service. Customer I'd : 53960851 let me some can guide me through.
