HDFC Bank — missguided against hdfc credit card membership fees

Dear sir,
I have use hdfc credit card last 1 year and i have paid outstanding amount timely that time this card issuing by you agent was told me is life time member ship free card.
Now i have see that my hdfc credit card statement you have charged 1000/-+gst in my account.
I surprises how to charged this amount. Your agent is misguide and fraud me.
Now may i request you please waive this fees.
