[Resolved] HDFC Bank — money debited but transaction failed | |
2999 /- was debited from account. But transaction had failed. Account number is [protected]. Transaction date 7th october 2017. The transaction said that "similar transaction with similar parameters has been observed" and that transaction is incomplete, yet money is debited. It has not been credited by either. I am requesting you that you bank employees call me regularly for the issue of credit card. The number on they calling me is not of that person. This is my personal landline number. I told them hundred times that this number is wrong number. But they regulary called on my number. Please stop to disturb someone. It’s a request to you
