[Resolved] HDFC Bank — money debited through transaction failed | |||
I have a bank account with hdfc noida sector 18 branch. I was putting rs.10, 000 money in ola money wallet from my hdfc bank account via net banking. After the otp was confirmed, transaction was shown to be unsuccessful in the ola money app. This is why i tried to do it again. I repeated the process and this time it was successful but when i checked hdfc bank account rs.20, 000 (Sum of both transactions, two times 10k) was debited from by bank towards ola, but only rs.10, 000 is shown in the ola money wallet.
