[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Money declined last month till not send | |||
Hai, this is kalyan.my number [protected].my amount declined dec26th 2016.Till now they are not sending that money.I raised so ant complaints but they are not given proper response.I am my money back.This is complaint id of hdfc1211845.they are postponed days like call after 10, 15 21 days like that.so please take initiation and send money back to my account.my mail I'd kalyan [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Feb 02, 2017 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Kindly share us the proof immediately that you have attempted to resolve the dispute with merchant i.e. any e-mail communication or letter, etc. As per Master / Visa Card Rules and Regulations, customer should approach merchant first to resolve his dispute for the below transaction. Note 1. If the transaction is decline or failed, then we require the proof of transaction decline / failed such as email / SMS communication from merchant. 2. If the transaction is cancelled, then we require the proof of cancellation from the merchant / refund done by merchant. 3. Initially I got the cote for PL 3L @ 11.49% for 2 years and Zero processing fee, But after submitting documents they applied 11.49% and increased time 5 years (60 EMI) and charged 3700 -Rs as processing fee.So please be aware while approaching HDFC, They all did false commit.They will modify any any point.
