[Resolved] HDFC Bank — money deducted but irctc website shows pending from bank end | |||||
Hi, Booked ticket on irctc using hdfc bank netbacnking amount debited inr 566.80 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. The message received from my bank as below: 'thanks for paying rs.566.80 from a/c xxxx3100 to irctc_new via netbanking. Call [protected] if txn not done by you" Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Dec 01, 2018 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We would like to inform you that, the referred transaction has been successfully processed at the Bank's end. In case if the final status of the transaction is not known, we would request you to check with the merchant. It may take 2-3 working days for the payment settlement to the merchant end.
