[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Money deducted without any information

HDFC bank is deducting charges from my account without any information. They never informed before deducting charges from my account. I checked that on June 16th 2017 and found charges of Rs 1814, so I wine to bank Andy talked to Sheetal and she promised me refund for same but till today there was no refunds so I went to bank again to talk and he Manager Pawan over there talked so rudely to me..
Bank is HDFC Bank, sector 11 branch, Panchkula.. Haryana

I got call from no.[protected], He want my ATM pin details, As i am refuse to give, He using abusive words.As i am warned him for FIR in police, He is not be sacred from this. Might be He is not scared from complain.

Hope you taken action before some one badly effected from his fraud activity
