[Resolved] HDFC Bank — money got deducted | |||
Dear hdfc team, This is the complaint towards my money got deducted due to the slow network. I was trying to make 1000rs payment for tsddcf on 16thaug18. I have confirmed with tsddcf the payment has not happened. It has been more than a month i didn't receive money back to my account. Can you please go through the attachment and do the needful. Verified Support Sep 28, 2018 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, As on September 28, 2018 the amount has not been claimed by the acquiring bank. In case the acquiring bank does not claim the transaction amount by the 9th day, the amount will be re-credited to your account.
