HDFC Bank — my account didn't get refund

Address:Faridabad, Haryana, 121002

I can't get back my refund of r.1299. Flipcart company and siddeshwar fab shows that they successfully returned my amount in my account but statement shows there will be no credit in account
Plz check . What's the problem. They tells that amount of rs1299will be credit up-to 12th Nov but no credit shows. Thanks.
