[Resolved] HDFC Bank — my credit card is hacked | |||
I've received a message like 949 Rs spent on my credit card ending 5209 at amazon prime. I'm not using amazon. I don't know who done this. How the transaction was authorised without any OTP. Though I've not received any OTP in my mobile. Then how this was happened? I can't take responsibility for this and I won't pay bill for this. Kindly take action. My mobile No is: [protected] Cust id: 62306560 I just called customer care and blocked my card. Register a complaint about this in your end and I want know how this was happened.
