HDFC Bank — need closer of my credit card

I have so many times given complaints on email and on the customer services dept as well, to please close my credit card as i have done all the payment and please send me the closer statement but till that i am receiving the call from collection dept to pay the pending amount. I have neeb given so many different numbers below.

Hdfc collection dpt[protected]

But the above-given number is not getting through anyone.

Requesting you to please close my credit card and please provide me the closer statment on my email id ([protected]@gmail.com).

I had called HDFC Credit card Dpt, customer care, debt management officer as well but still, every time get false commitment and still the case is not closed
