[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — negative balance

Hi i was using hdfc account in 2017 that agent said their wont be any charges for the maintenance of card /account. But last month when i checked its showing some 4900/- charges and tried contacting that agent who created my account number not reachable. Agent name is patan vekarabbas and his number [protected]. While contacting hdfc customer care number we do not have option to deactivate account over phone or online please need some help.

We have checked and confirm that your account status is updated as resigned in our system and you no longer hold a zero balance salary account. Thus the balance required to be maintained is Rs. 10000/-. The special facilities offered on the Salary Account is pursuant to the arrangement between the employer/company and the Bank. These benefits are extended by virtue of your employment in the organization, on whose request the account is opened with the bank. In the event of no salary credits in the Salary Account for any continuous three months, the Bank reserves the right to change the status of Salary Account to Savings Regular Account and the Terms & Conditions as applicable to the HDFC Bank Savings Regular Account shall apply to this account from the date of change of status. I had purchased an iphone 7 using hdfc cashback offer on 05/11/2018
The offer stated that within 90 days the cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's already 120 days yet i have not received the cashback and hdfc helpline are not providing sufficient details
