[Resolved] HDFC Bank — negative balance in my account without informing me | |
Hi, I had a salary account with hdfc bank which goes converted to saving account in march 2017 when i left my job. I had to settle back to my hometown as i have some personal reason and since than I am not able to visit the home branch. When i visited to local branch and asked them to close my account then they said they are not able to do so as account has -8584 rupees balance negative and they asked me To take zero account balance then only they will close the account. I can not visitto home branch because ny current condition does not allow me to do so. I can only visit the local branch and they are asking me to take my account in Zero balance to close. Please waive off the occured nin-maintainence charges of -8584 from my account so that i can get this account closed.
