[Resolved] HDFC Bank — net transaction failure | |||
Dear sir, An amount of rs.2242 has been debited from my account number [protected] (Rajendiran) towards electricity charges (Of tangedco) when the payment was made online from tangedco website using net banking vide transaction number[protected] date[protected]. But, the amount was not transferred to tangedco, resulting in payment fail. When i have checked the amount recently, the amount of rs.2242/- was not restored/ redeposited. Verified Support Aug 31, 2017 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, The transaction has been successfully processed at the Bank's end. Incase if the final status of the transaction is not known, we would request you to check with the merchant. It may take 2-3 working days for the payment settlement to the merchant end.
